Ticket Policies:

Tickets are the property of TIFF LLC and may be revoked at any time for any reason without liability to TIFF LLC. We do not replace lost and/or stolen tickets.

All ages are welcome at the festival but attendees younger than 18 years old must be accompanied by a legal guardian at all times, regardless of his/her ticket type. ALL ATTENDEES MUST BE REGISTERED VIA EVENTBRITE WITH THE APPROPRIATE TICKET TYPE, REGARDLESS OF AGE OR SHOOTING STATUS.

If you are accompanying a minor 12 years old or younger, but would like him/her to be able to shoot, you must purchase a Shooter ticket (General Admission) for him/her. No attendee, including minors 12 years and younger, will be allowed to shoot without a Shooter ticket purchased for him/her.

Any guardian accompanying any minor(s) at the festival will be required to give written authorization upon check-in that he/she accepts responsibility for and, if the minor(s) intends to shoot, allows any/all minor(s) in his/her party to operate non-automatic weapons. No minor will be allowed to shoot any firearms at TFF without this written authorization or without the responsible guardian present at the time of shooting. All shooting by minors is subject to the approval of the Range Safety Officer on duty at each individual bay, and no minor will be allowed to shoot automatic weapons, even with a Shooter ticket (no exceptions).

By entering the event site, you agree to being filmed, photographed and/or recorded and hereby grant TIFF LLC the perpetual right to use your image and/or voice, without compensation, in any legitimate medium for the purpose(s) of marketing and/or promotions.

Refund Policies:

Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. Unused tickets may not be credited for future years’ attendance. Approved refunds will be issued via the original form of payment used on Eventbrite. We do not replace lost and/or stolen tickets.

TFF is a rain or shine event. In the event of an emergency or severe weather, TFF staff may delay the start of, interrupt or even cancel a portion of the festival for the safety of everyone involved. Any such delays, interruptions and/or cancellations will be determined by TFF staff and/or local agencies at the time of the occurrence. Updates will be communicated to attendees via the public-address system, by email and/or the TFF website when possible and as necessary.

ADA Access and Accommodations:

ADA Parking

There is limited accessible parking available near the festival entrance on a first-come-first-serve basis to vehicles displaying a state-issued handicap plate or placard. The person to whom the plate or placard is issued must be present in the vehicle, as a driver or passenger.

Patrons with Mobility Limitations

The Texas Firearms Festival (TFF) grounds are wheelchair accessible, but please be aware that this is a large venue with substantial distances between bays and attractions. Also, TFF is an outdoor festival located at a gun range, and therefore, most travel onsite will be over natural terrain. TFF is a rain or shine event, and in the event of rain, mud is likely to appear in some places.

We do not provide personal care, golf carts or push service. Please plan ahead and bring attendants if needed. In addition, the Festival does not provide wheelchairs for rent or loan. Wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and three or four-wheeled scooters are allowed for use by patrons with mobility disabilities. For safety reasons, personal golf carts and vehicles are not allowed on the festival grounds.

Accessible portalets are available at the ends of each row of restrooms located throughout the festival grounds.
